BIGBRANDS collects items from our partner stores, consolidates them at our hub, and sends one delivery to your address — even when your basket includes more than one store. You check out once; delivery is calculated from the combined weight of everything in your cart.
At checkout we estimate the total shipping weight of your items (plus packaging), match it to the table below, and show that fee before you pay. The fee is fixed on your order — it won't change if courier rates move slightly before dispatch.
| Combined cart weight (approx.) | Delivery fee |
|---|---|
| 0 kg – 2.0 kg | R75 |
| 2.0 kg – 8.0 kg | R100 |
| 8.0 kg – 20.0 kg | R125 |
| 20.0 kg – 100.0 kg | R150 |
